We took the train today from Glasgow to Wemyss Bay, then directly got onto the ferry to Rothesay on the Isle of Bute, where we're staying tonight.
Using 'we' now as I've been joined by my brother Louis who arrived last week in Scotland. Welcome Louis!
We just took a walk around and outside Rothesay today, before more exciting adventures tomorrow. With hopefully slightly nicer weather, sandy beaches and, who knows, seal spotting?
We feel very privileged as we got a seaview from our room at the hostel!
