Islay - Portnahaven and Bridgend woods
Today, quick stop at Portnahaven, charming village to the west of Islay, then had a walk in the woods around Bridgend, and ended up at the Islay brewery open day.
During our walk in the woods we stopped at the Islay Woollen Mill, weaving workshop and shop. First time I see a weaving machine operate! They made fabric for famous movies like Braveheart or the Big Friendly Giant!
