Aviemore - Rothiemurchus

And now I'm off! Today I took the bus from Glasgow to Aviemore, thinking that's where I'll start exploring.

The weather is excellent.

I pitched my tent in Rothiemurchus campsite, in the Rothiemurchus forest park.

No exciting pictures for today, just from the campsite and the forest where I took a little stroll.

However as the path was slowly rising I was right to keep going as I ended up seeing nice views of the mountains.

The weather forecast says tomorrow will be the clearest day so I'm planning to go up Cairngorm. Initially I wasn't really planning to do such a climb on my first day but here we are!
